Energy Absorption Systems QuadGuard Elite M10

The QuadGuard Elite M10 offers all the same benefits as the regular Elite but with the extra safety of MASH Test Level 2 and Test Level 3 Compliancy. The QuadGuard Elite M10 utilizes many of the same components of the classic QuadGuard but features High Density Polyethylene Plastic (HDPE) cylinders that are placed in all bays. Choose four bay configurations for MASH TL-2, and eight bay configurations for MASH TL-3. After a typical design impact, the system is 99-100% reusable resulting in low maintenance costs.

Energy Absorption Systems QuadGuard II

The QuadGuard® II consists of an engineered steel nose and crushable, energy absorbing cartridges surrounded by a framework of steel Quad-Beam panels. The system is NCHRP 350 Test Level 2 and Test Level 3 compliant as a redirective, non-gating crash cushion. The TL-2 QuadGuard II is 25% shorter than the original QuadGuard measuring less than 10’ (3 m) and the TL-3 model is 3’ (1 m) shorter than its predecessor.

Energy Absorption Systems QuadGuard

The original QuadGuard features a classic design that typically has six bays containing replaceable, crushable cartridges surrounded by a framework of steel Quad-Beam ® Panels. The system meets NCHRP TL1-TL3 requirements as a redirective, non-gating crash cushion that shields hazards and acts as a cushion upon vehicular collision.

Energy Absorption Systems QuadGuard Elite

The QuadGuard Elite offers the value of reusable cylinders thus it is able to withstand multiple impacts before necessary replacement. After a typical design impact, the system is 99-100% reusable resulting in low maintenance costs. The prestige of the QuadGuard family is on full display here as the Elite utilizes many of the same components of the classic QuadGuard. The High Density Polyethylene Plastic (HDPE) cylinders absorb the impact and reflect the vehicle onto its original travel path during a design impact in above average impact frequency areas.

Energy Absorption Systems QuadGuard High Speed

The QuadGuard High Speed system is a re-directive, non-gating impact attenuator designed for high speed impacts and cushions at speeds up to 70 mph. The QuadGuard High Speed is the only crash cushion attenuator to be tested using NCHRP 350 criteria at 70mph (113km/h). This product consists of energy absorbing cartridges surrounded by a framework of steel Quad-Beam Panels® and lies on a monorail support structure that furthers the system’s strength with many of the attenuator system’s components being interchangeable with the Standard QuadGuard System.

Energy Absorption Systems QuadGuard M10

Energy Absorption Systems QUEST™ System

The QUEST is a simple re-directive, non-gating crash cushion that meets NCHRP 350, Test Level 2 and 3. Due to its light weight, short length and minimal number of anchors, the QUEST System is designed for field repair or rapid replacement of the entire unit. The Quest System consists of a series of W-beam fender panels supported by diaphragms with an innovative integrated trigger mechanism at the nose that releases a “front assembly” during impacts to absorb the energy of impact.

Energy Absorption Systems QUEST 115 (70 mph)

The QUEST 115 (70mph) is a NCHRP 350 Test Level 2 & 3 rated system. This simple redirective, non-gating crash cushion is designed to telescope rearward during head-on impacts to absorb the energy of impact. During side angle impacts the system can redirect vehicles up to 20 degrees. The Quest 115 (70mph) can be shipped fully assembled for fast and easy installation.

The REACT 350® II is a highly efficient, reusable crash cushion that features 6 High Molecular Weight/High Density Polyethylene (HMW/ HDPE) cylinders attached to a steel base track. The system is NCHRP 350 Test Level 3 compliant as a redirective, non-gating crash cushion.

Energy Absorption Systems REACT 350 Self-Restoring

The React 350 is a re-directive, non-gating crash cushion available in widths ranging from 36” to 120”. Upon impact, the cylinders compress to absorb the impacting vehicle and each cylinder typically regains up to 90% of the original shape after collision without maintenance or repair of major components. The cylinders made of HDPE plastic result in a low life cycle cost in comparison to disposable systems.

Trinity TRACC™

The TRACC™ is a NCHRP Report 350 Test-Level 2 and 3 compliant crash cushion. Made out of galvanized steel and measuring 21' - 3" in length, the open design of this crash cushion facilitates easy installation, inspection, and repair. The TRACC™ is shipped fully assembled to save installation time (can be shipped unassembled upon request). This cushion can be installed on a new or existing concrete or asphalt pad.

Trinity FASTRACC™

At 24" wide, the FASTRACC™ is a narrow, NCHRP Report 350 Test-Level 3 compliant crash cushion made out of galvanized steel measuring 26' in length. The open design of this crash cushion facilitates easy installation, inspection, and repair. Additionally, these units are shipped fully assembled to save installation time (can be shipped un-assembled upon request). This cushion can be installed on a new or existing concrete or asphalt pad.

Trinity WIDETRACC™

The WIDETRACC™ is an adjustable width, NCHRP Report 350 Test-Level 2 or 3 compliant crash cushion (depending on width) made out of galvanized steel measuring 21' in length. The width of this unit comes standard at 58" but is customizable to protect any width and has a variety of backup width options. The open design of this crash cushion facilitates easy installation, inspection, and repair.  This cushion can be installed on a new or existing concrete or asphalt pad.

Trinity CAT350

The Crash Cushion Attenuating Terminal (CAT™) is an energy-absorbing attenuator available for use where blunt ends of rigid barriers and fixed objects are in the median or on the shoulder.
